Medical Conditions
At Harper Green School, the health, safety and wellbeing of our students is our priority. It is important that parents and carers keep us informed of any medical conditions, allergies or medication their child requires, including any changes to existing conditions or prescribed medication.
Providing us with up-to-date information helps us ensure your child receives the appropriate support during the school day. Where necessary, we will work with you and relevant healthcare professionals to develop an Individual Healthcare Plan or Emergency Medical Protocol Plan.
If your child has a medical condition, please complete a Child Medical Condition Form and return it to the school as soon as possible.
If you would like to discuss your child's medical needs or arrange a meeting with a member of staff, please contact the relevant Year Team on 01204 572941.
Please remember to inform the school if:
- Your child is diagnosed with a new medical condition.
- Their medication changes.
- Their healthcare needs change.
- They no longer require medical support at school.
Keeping this information up to date helps us provide the safest possible care and support for your child.
